The reason for the season

During this busy holiday time, let's not forget what it is really all about. The birth of our Savior..nothing else matters.. God has blessed me and my family beyond measure. His love is everlasting..

My Prayer

My prayers is that no more children suffer from hunger, abuse or illness. That they all would have happy loving parents, warm clothes and hot food




My Prayer is that all life on earth is cherished,nurtured and loved.



My Prayer is that all women are equal, do not have to bow to any one, but God. That they have the choice of religion,dress,husbands and careers.



My Prayer is that all men are kind ,loving, strong and compassionate.



My Prayer is that the world could come to the same conclusions,or agree to disagree ,without posturing about war and dominance.



My Prayer is that we all would come to know God as our Saviour,live according to His word. Live by His grace, and show His love to all. If we did that, then all my prayers would be answered.

God is in control

 I was watching the leaves fall yesterday and soaking up God's glory,,it is my intention to spend more time enjoying this wonderful world of His, and try not to rush through life. I guess that comes with age, but also with the knowledge that God is in control and He loves me. My only regret is that I didn't figure this out sooner..... :)

Do You ?

Sitting quietly at His feet ,listening to His sweet precious voice, I bask in His glory.To know Him is to know a peace that is never ending.I look unto Him for guidance and know that if I listen carefully I will find the answer. I asked to be filled with His grace. I ask that ,that grace is evident in my countenance. I study His word to learn more. I am a vessel that will never over flow,because I soak up His word. The Holy Spirit comes over me with such power that it spills out of my mouth in languages not known to me.


I lift up my hands and sing out...sing His words, for all to hear.To know that I love my God..and He loves me.

How can one not be aware of Him? He can speak in subtle words or shout in the Spirit. He will sit beside you, walk with you, hold you in the palm of His hand. He will carry you in difficult times, and celebrate when you are blessed. My God wants his children to know blessings ,peace and His glory. His only request is to love and believe in Him. To teach others of Him.

Yet, He gave the ultimate sacrifice... His son.. How did He feel as His son hung on the cross crying out to Him? How do we feel when we know we have done something that isn't pleasing to Him. Is it the same?

I hope not, I do not want to cause him anguish, although I know He is willing to accept and forgive, I do not want to cause him pain.

I only want to celebrate my love for Him.

I cherish Him.

Today's thoughts

 If you are someone who feels like nothing goes right, that your life is a mess, accept Jesus as your Savior ,admit your sins, and then surround yourself with christian friends, they will help you , you do not have to turn your back on all your friends, just make new ones,when others see the change in your life, they are going to want to know why..then share with them....

There is nothing greater that Gods love, and nothing better than sharing about Him with others, sometimes a simple God bless you to a store clerk,is a blessing to them. Live in His Word, it is a beautiful place to be :)
